Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Feme Attire. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Accessories such as jewelry and scarves
  • Intimates and swimwear

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our online return portal (link coming soon) or contact our customer support team at support@femeattire.com with your order number.
  2. Follow the instructions provided to select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions via email.
  4. Package your items securely and drop them off at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
